As crazy as it sounds, WCW got this one right. Lance Storm came in as a wrestling machine, capturing the U.S., Hardcore and Cruiserweight titles in a two-week span. He created the Team Canada stable and was a large focus of the promotion in 2000-01 and was a rare bright spot during WCW's dying days. Then came Storm's WWE tenure. While the Un-Americans had potential, the group imploded way too soon (it was rumored that the group was broken up because Christian and Test wouldn't cut their hair short like Storm). From there, Storm shared screen time with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, who urged the crowd to chant "boring" at him. Funny how that didn't work to get him over. Lance Storm is a rare case of downward spiraling WCW figuring out how to use him, but WWE just missing the boat. They almost had something with the Un-Americans, but a three month stable doesn't salvage his run, especially since it also involved him cabbage-patching.
