10 Weirdest Real-Life WWE Friendships

A weird business can produce some weird friendships.

Scott Hall was fond of saying "I'm not in the friendship business, I'm in the wrestling business" and "I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to make money". That might be one of the reason that Scott Hall doesn't have many friends in the business. But for a lot of professional wrestlers, they rely on the guys and gals in the back to get them through the daily grind of life on the road. Sure, if you're working for WWE it's because you want to make money and succeed in the business. But you also want to be 'one of the boys'. Camaraderie is a big part of wrestling and, when you spend more time with your co-workers than you do with your own family, relationships naturally develop. Because of the niche nature of the wrestling industry, you're bound to bump into like-minded people backstage. JBL and The Undertaker, two burly, Jack Daniels drinking Texans being friends? Yeah, that makes sense. CM Punk and Kofi Kingston, two comic book and pop culture enthusiasts of similar age, buddies? Sure, why not. But there are some wrestling friendships that are genuine head-scratchers. Anyone can be friends with anyone, of course, but that doesn't stop these duos from sticking out like a sore thumb.
