Why It Was The Worst: Longtime fans found it really challenging to stomach WWE's declaration that some exhibition-style 50-man variation would be the "Greatest Royal Rumble" yet. As it turned out, those fears were warranted when the company rolled into Saudi Arabia and produced a glorified house show main event.

Nobody should forget that Braun Strowman's new green belt was barely referenced again when everyone returned home to the United States. It was almost like this "Greatest" Rumble hadn't mattered at all. Imagine that! Those who opted out of the event beforehand had been the smart ones - they didn't have to sit through a show that smudged the history of one of WWE's best ever gimmick bouts.
