There was a time when you could look at a particular match-up and not have any idea whod win. Those days are long gone, as it has now become incredibly easy to determine whos going to win a match or feud based on some very simple and predictable formulas. A wrestler loses on the go-home show before a PPV? Theres a high likelihood theyll win on that PPV, while the person who lost will defeat them on the first RAW after the broadcast. Two teams in the identical position on the card, but WWE doesnt want either team losing? Throw in a screwy finish or double count-out. Main-eventer needs an opponent but cant afford to defeat his opponent on an ordinary broadcast? Throw in a forgotten mid-carder to lose to him in quick fashion. Someones an athlete or attractive but lacks wrestling experience? Future champion. While some of these claims are a bit on the outrageous side, they have come true more often than not. Even the most casual of fan who doesnt pay any attention to what the IWC argues can reach these same conclusions because they inevitably end up coming true.
