When one stops to think about it, it's nice that WWE want to give as many hardworking men and women on their roster as they can some sort of WrestleMania-style payoff. It really, really is. The sad fact is this though: shoving endless streams of wrestlers onto the one card is ever-so-slightly detrimental.

'Mania should be a place for the absolute best WWE has to offer. Instead, it's become a souped-up, overcrowded excuse to let everyone drink from the money teat, and it makes the show a blistering blur of faces and names. That's especially true in the pre-show Battle Royals that, being honest, add nothing.

Last year's show had an unbelievable 87 workers (including those aforementioned multi-man/woman bouts and non-wrestling kid Nicholas). That's complete overkill, so here's hoping 'Mania 35 drops that number significantly.
