10 Wrestlers That Fell Off HARD
10. Ted DiBiase Jr.
Being the child of a beloved Hall of Fame wrestler isn't a guaranteed path to success, but it sure does help. The likes of Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Charlotte Flair, and more have carried the legacy of their names well and carved new history into them. Ted DiBiase Jr, however, didn't quite match up.
The son of Ted DiBiase got a big build in WWE when he hit the main roster. He entered right into a championship programme, winning the Tag Belts alongside Cody Rhodes. This eventually led to the formation of the Legacy stable, with Rhodes, Orton, and DiBiase teaming together as a collective of multi-generation wrestlers. This stable put Orton on top of the company, and it seemed they were all destined for great things.
However, his time with WWE would eventually fall flat. His run with the Million Dollar Championship and an eventual babyface turn failed to get him out of the midcard. DiBiase ended up leaving the company in 2013 due to issues with depression and anxiety.
Unfortunately, a failed wrestling career is the least of DiBiase's worries right now, as he's currently in danger of ending up in jail due to a welfare fund scandal. It seems he might have taken his old man's scheming ways a little too seriously.
