10 Wrestlers Tony Khan Banned From AEW

2. Thunder Rosa

As of this writing (and that's a pattern when covering these types of disputes), Thunder Rosa is still the AEW Women's Champion and recovering from injury, but her convenient summer sabbatical kicked off under such a cloud that even now there are continued discussions about whether she should be allowed to keep the belt or not.

An allegedly long-standing gripe between television rivals Rosa and Britt Baker made its way to television at July's Fyter Fest, when Baker ethered the titleholder before handing her a literal sandbag and asking Tony Schiavone to try "carrying her for a month".

The bad feeling seemingly escalated from there, and after Jaimie Hayter's nose was broken in a contest against Rosa, a story emerged that the Brit had chased the Champion into a locked bathroom backstage.

The news was disputed, but Rosa's time off has coincided with continued sustained pushes for her on (and potentially off) screen rivals. Hayter's Interim Championship victory over Toni Storm at November's All Out places her as a natural contender should 'La Mera Mera' return too. "Banned" is perhaps too strong, but one side of the divide has been heavily favoured over the other - read into that what you will.
