4. Chris Jericho And The Undertaker

It’s unbelievable to think for as long as The Undertaker and Chris Jericho were in the WWE together they never once had a major feud. They were both headline attractions, and Jericho would have played a fantastic antagonist for The Undertaker, who was often lumbered with uncoordinated giants to work with like The Great Khali and Vladimir Kozlov instead of skilled workers like Jericho.

They had a brief but fantastic first encounter on SmackDown in 2009 where Undertaker made Jericho tap out to Hell’s Gate. They crossed paths one more time the following year (in the run-up to the Elimination Chamber PPV) in a No Disqualification match, again only on SmackDown, which ended with Jericho the victor this time around when he countered ‘Taker into a Codebreaker.

Jericho has commented on missing out on a large-scale Undertaker program: “It’s unbelievable to think that Undertaker and Jericho never had a singles match on PPV. I think we only had 2 single matches on TV ever. We just never crossed paths. I was always on SmackDown when he was on RAW and vice versa. We had a great Elimination Chamber match and a couple other multi-team matches but we never had that great singles match which is one of those things that it blows my mind that it was never booked.
