10 Wrestlers Who Had More Gold Than They Knew What To Do With

For some wrestlers, holding one championship belt just isn't enough!

Championships, straps, belts... the gold. Call them what you will, in the world of professional wrestling, a belt is much more than just a mere fashion accessory or a device to prevent your trousers from falling down to your ankles. They are an ostentatious combination of leather, gold, and diamonds that provide a visible symbol of just how great the wrestler holding one truly is.

It is the goal of every wrestler, at one point or another, to win for themselves one of these prestigious waist ornaments. While many wrestlers will be lucky enough to win at least one championship belt during their career, some get greedy and hoard multiple championships all at the same time. Some have become so obsessed with collecting the gold that even Mr. T might raise an eyebrow or two.

10. The Ultimate Warrior

Who else could we start a list such as this with?

At WrestleMania VI, The Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan squared off in 'The Ultimate Challenge', a title vs. title match putting both Hogan's WWF Championship and Warrior's Intercontinental Championship on the line. Warrior eventually prevailed, becoming the first dual champion in WWE history. He only held both belts briefly though, as Warrior had to vacate the Intercontinental Championship shortly after winning due to the rules at the time.

Thank goodness that rule doesn't exist today, otherwise this list would have been much harder to compile!
