10 Wrestlers Who Must Win A WWE Championship By WrestleMania 38

2. Jey Uso

Who would have ever thought that we as fans would be campaigning for Jey Uso to receive a singles title run? He's always been a tag team guy alongside brother Jimmy, who he has multiple reigns as a Tag Team Champion with.

Ever since he first entered a programme with cousin Roman Reigns last autumn, though, the Uso twin has found new life breathed into his career. Here's a guy who had forever been a doubles performer, and now he's main eventing a pay-per-view against the top guy of WWE. It was legitimately unthinkable.

Over the last few months, Jey has taken an opportunity and made the most of it to, somehow, become one of the most noteworthy people on a WWE show. When this first started, SmackDown was made worth watching just because of Jey's involvement with 'The Tribal Chief'.

He deserves the Intercontinental Championship because of this.

We now know that the guy is capable of working an excellent singles match. Having already won the annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Jey has all the tools he needs to head into a singles title victory. Like with the King Corbin entry, though, he needs to wait for Apollo Crews to drop the gold, unless he lifts it in a multi-man contest.
