10. Mustafa Ali 

It's somewhat remarkable that Mustafa Ali hasn't resorted to throwing chairs around backstage and painting, 'GIVE ME SOMETHING!' in 5ft letters on a wall next to the creative team's meeting room. He's been overlooked pretty much consistently since an ill-timed injury wrecked his planned push in 2019, and yet he's still here fighting for better.

That's admirable, but it doesn't need to be this way. Returning to NXT after putting in some great performances against everyone from GUNTHER to Santos Escobar is the latest slap in the face to Ali, and he must be sick of getting cuffed across the chops just when things seem like they're moving in the right direction.

So, where could he go? AEW is the obvious choice, but Mustafa is talented enough to make a splash anywhere. He's deceptively good on the mic (as his brilliant promos about being a police officer in early-2019 confirmed) and obviously has great in-ring skills too.

The dude deserves better.
