7. JJ Allin Gets His Nether Regions Set On Fire At An Indie Show

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that fire is an unpredictable beast at the best of times. So when you combine that with the already combustable environment that is a pro wrestling match, disaster is never too far away. Yet, while precautions are usually in place to protect a performer pulling off such a stunt inside of a more established promotion, the same cannot be said for those attempting to execute some burning drama on the independent scene.

This was highlighted in recent times by the sight of JJ Allin becoming a human great ball of fire during a Pro Wrestling Trainwreck 2021 Southern Sickness Cup match in May. If the sight of the dude having his crotch set on fire wasn't bad enough, and believe me it was, his opponent then proceeded to fan said flames with a weedwacker... because indie wrestling.

Allin would then desperately attempt to put out the out of control blaze engulfing his crotch in front of a the terrified few in attendance. Thankfully, he was able to escape the incident with only a few second degree burns for his troubles. As you do.
