In reality, however, Canadian wrestling legend Whipper Billy Watson was so named because he popularized the Irish Whip (not because he had a big whipper - although he may have had one, we at What Culture are not privy to such information, you understand). He was, however, one hell of a great wrestler, as well a two-time World Champion. He was also famous for his contributions to charity.
