10 Wrestlers Who Were Clearly Pissed About Losing Matches
10. Bret Hart - Survivor Series, 1997
When it comes to stars throwing kayfabe out of the window and unleashing their true and unfiltered feelings in the wake of a sudden loss, few hold a candle to Bret "The Hitman" Hart's understandable lashing out on the night of Survivor Series, 1997.
With the then-WWF Champion being screwed out of his title in a bout with long-time bitter enemy Shawn Michaels in his own back yard, the WCW-bound icon let his venom loose on the boss himself, Vince McMahon, shortly after his own Sharpshooter was locked in and the ref had been ordered to ring the bell.
Spitting at Vinnie Mac, completely ripping through the commentary set up at ringside and even miming "W-C-W" at a camera before thumping his soon-to-be-former employer in the mug backstage, Hart was livid at being embarrassed in such a way after years of loyal service to McMahon's company.
Time would ultimately heal this wound to the point of Bret finally stepping back through WWE's doors in late 2009, but that still didn't erase the image of this double-crossed Hitman losing his cool in the wake of the most notable screwjob in wrestling history.
