While it's not entirely clear whether or not he can teleport, the vampire warrior should be afforded the benefit of the doubt due to his other mysterious powers.

We know for sure that he could manipulate the lights and cue the spooky music - the numerous bloodbaths given to his opponents attests to that - but would a proper teleport merchant need a little elevator to raise him up onto the stage before each match? Dubious. Levitation is beginner's training, hence the lowly Gangrel's lowly place on this list.

It's possible he traveled in darkness like many wrestling teleporters...and it's equally possible that he just bribed the lighting guy. There's no way to know for sure.
