10 Wrestlers WWE Have Finally Gotten Right In 2018

10. Baron Corbin

Let's start out controversial; Baron Corbin is better when he isn't wrestling.

The former football player definitely has some positives as a professional wrestler. For his size, the man is deceptively quick and fairly agile. He also has one of the best signature move / finisher duos in the company with the Deep Six and the End of Days. Unfortunately, that's pretty much where the positives end.

'The Lone Wolf' ironically isn't special enough to stand out from the crowd, so the likelihood of him ever advancing past where he stood in the company was incredibly low. Because of this, Corbin's new position as the Acting General Manager of Raw actually works to his strengths well. If Raw's newest GM was really good at any part of his shtick as a wrestler, it was how easy he was to hate. Taking the position from the beloved Kurt Angle only made the transition easier. While the heel authority figure isn't a new concept, it's still fairly engaging with the audience and is overall a much better way to utilize Baron's talents.

It's definitely not the best position, but a major change to Corbin's career was the right call.
