7. Tom Prichard Hated The Bodydonnas Gimmick
Tom Prichard's brother Bruce has told before on his Something To Wrestle With show that he loved asking his sibling to cut his hair. Tom, who loved his long flowing locks, didn't much fancy cutting his hair, but eventually gave in and agreed to bleach it blonde so he'd look the part for a tag-team with Chris Candido.
That's not the whole story.
When talking to Wrestling Inc, Tom conceded that he wasn't exactly in a great place mentally back in 1996. That, along with the fact he was just happy to have a job, meant he didn't feel comfortable speaking out against The Bodydonnas, and so he went along with anything the company had in mind despite hating it.
By the time creative swapped out the gorgeous Sunny for the questionable Cloudy, Prichard and Candido confided in one another that their run was over. Whilst Tom doesn't really regret much, he does wonder how differently things might've been had he been stronger.
