10. CM Punk Shared A Joke With Samoa Joe About Joe's Raw Call Up

Their friendship stretching back to shared days on the Ring Of Honor roster together, old friends CM Punk and Samoa Joe later managed stayed friendly despite being on opposite sides of the WWE/TNA divide for many years. Things have changed to the point that Punk is no longer even involved in pro wrestling, whereas his buddy has crash-landed onto the WWE main roster.

Joe makes for a charming interview guest, which is something the folks from Eyes On The Game found out recently. Happy to chat away about his recent appearances as part of the Raw brand and even about his real-life friendship with Punk, a smiling Joe told the radio show that he shared a joke with the UFC fighter when he was promoted from NXT.

Calling his pal to catch up proved interesting, because a scheming Punk decided to have a little fun with Joe; talking on the phone, Punk said it was typical that Joe had waited until he wasn't even in the company before making his mark on the main roster.
