10. Eric Bischoff Didn't Know About The WWF's Secret Request

With so many podcasts (crammed full of people who were there) readily available, more wrestling-related facts than ever before are beginning to surface. Often, the best ones happen mid-conversation. That was the case on a recent episode of Sean Waltman's X-Pac 1, 2, 360 podcast.

Joined by Eric Bischoff, Waltman and the former WCW boss went back and forth on the major differences backstage in the WWF and WCW. Slipping into the chat the fact that WWF performers were banned from speaking to their WCW counterparts, the beauty here is that Waltman wasn't even trying to be controversial with his words.

McMahon's edict is something that has come out before, the difference here is that Bischoff was able to react. Pausing after Waltman's words, Eric admitted he didn't even know that Vince McMahon had once forbid his wrestlers from talking to those in the WCW locker room.

This adds a new dimension to segments like the D-Generation X 'invasion' of Monday Nitro in 1998. Inside the building, Bischoff didn't know that it was frowned upon for WWF talent to speak with those working for him.
