4. Rumour Heavy On Destination America Cancelling TNA Programming

The ins and outs of this story are still up in the air, but it seems that TNA are one company about to run into some serious problems. Whilst the promotion's flagship show, Impact Wrestling does pull in moderately high ratings for the channel, Destination America chiefs aren't convinced that that rating is worth the money they're paying the wrestling group for programming. Reports this week surfaced, discussing the possibility that Destination America are set to cancel all current TNA shows on the network as early as September. Obviously, this would be an absolutely massive blow to the company, who have been skirting on thin ice for years, amidst reports on failure to pay talent and money troubles. For his part, TNA's own Bob Ryder posted a message on social media to try and allay the fears of fans. Writing that people have been predicting TNA's demise for 13 years, Ryder also rubbished reports that the company were going anywhere anytime soon. In fairness, Ryder knows the real story more so than anyone dealing with conjecture, but there's more bad news following TNA than good nowadays.
