The Boogeyman character could make this character on his own. That a room full of adults came up with the face-painted, worm-eating nightmarish Superstar is a hell of an indictment on their ability to understand their audience. Worse yet were the grotesque things they scripted the character to partake in. One of those thinks involved Jillian Hall and a rather large blemish on the side of her face. Boogeyman terrorized the buxom blonde and her charge, John Bradshaw Layfield, in January 2006. Layfield, ever the chivalrous and brave man that he was, abandoned Jillian, leaving her to the mercy of the freak. Boogeyman proceeded to bite the mole off of her face in one of the most stomach-churning displays in WWE history. Stomach churning mostly because those in charge of booking thought it was a good, solid story development rather than abomination that it was.
