The Intercontinental title is relevant again! Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler are both getting a good amount of time on TV! There's been some really good wrestling matches between these two! So why are people unhappy? Some WWE fans may feel that it's a consolation prize for Internet Darling 1 and Internet Darling 2 to be fighting it out over a secondary title instead of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but let's face the facts; Both Bryan and Ziggler have their histories with injuries and concussions, both men have more dangerous high-speed wrestling styles than the average superstar, and both men are in their mid-30s, leaving them with potentially just a few years left in the business and a great deal of risk to their physical health. It's no wonder that the WWE wants to be careful with what they do with two of their most talented workers currently on the roster. With that in mind, protecting these two from potential harm is made all the more easier by simply putting them together. They're masters of many styles of wrestling, they're both extremely careful in the ring when it comes to their opponent, and both are capable of stringing out a classic with just about anyone - doubly so with each other. Their work with each other just in the past month has been some of the best parts of WWE in 2015 so far, and with Ziggler tweeting about his desire to work with Bryan - the pair could really set the world on fire if given plenty of time with each other over the next few months. Fighting it out over the Intercontinental Championship also gives the title a chance at becoming the legendary belt that it once was; held by Bret Hart, Randy Savage, Shawn Michaels, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and so many more, rather than the Curtis Axels and Big Es that have unfortunately done nothing with it in recent years. Here's how to combine all of that into a fascinating rivalry between the two of them.
