While the likes of Trish Stratus, Molly Holly and Victoria were trading the title, Dawn Marie was busy competing in schoolgirl costume matches and seducing both Torrie Wilson and her real-life father, Al. The Al Wilson-Dawn Marie romance was one of the oddest storylines ever written. Even though it served mainly as a vehicle to get Torrie and Dawn into some pretty tawdry situations, it still always felt odd. Part of it stemmed from the Wilsons inability to even act like a convincing father-daughter pair, despite the fact that they were father and daughter in real life. Dawn Marie drove the angle by sheer will, but the former ECW star never was given a chance to seriously contend for the Womens Championship.
