10 WWE Feuds You Didn't Realise Were Shockingly One-Sided
10. Goldberg Vs. Brock Lesnar
Goldberg 3-1 Brock Lesnar.
It's a feud that somehow managed to stretch all the way from 2004 to 2018; Brock Lesnar Vs. Goldberg was a dream match from the moment it was teased, right up until the WCW icon stopped appearing on TV to build a storyline.
Their first match was at WrestleMania XX in 2004... and let's just say it didn't quite live up to the hype. People cared more about "Stone Cold" Steve Austin being the Special Guest Referee than either man, but the main takeaway is that WWE actually had the Ted Turner creation go over one of their own. Surprising, but they were both out the door the next day anyway.
Fast forward to 2016 and they decided to give it another shot. Goldberg pulled off a shocker, taking down Lesnar in a lightning-fast 86 seconds. Fans were left in disbelief, and Bill was left at 2-0 against Brock.
The Beast Incarnate even got thrown out of the Royal Rumble match by Goldberg, so he's been given an extra victory in the tally for that; he's the only person who gets that honour on this list.
Brock finally got his one and only win at WrestleMania 34 in what should've been Bill's last match. It was a satisfying end to the story, but the final match was the only time Lesnar got the better of the former WCW man.
Somewhere, Eric Bischoff must let out the occasional chuckle.
