The second location Brawl on this list features many of the same complaints that the first one did: that is genuine hazards presented by an area filled with uncontrollable hardware. With only four outings in WWE history, all involving the reckless and fearless Mankind, this match first featured at Summerslam 1996- the match where Paul Bearer famously turned heel on the Undertaker. Boiler Rooms, as the name suggests, come loaded with high heat hazards, including massive iron lungs, hot pipes, and a barage of sharp steel maintenance equipment that the wrestlers must work around. Factor in the dingy and limited lighting and you have a recipe for danger. Mick Foley recalls in his second autobiography the highly falsified manner of the second match, including fake steam, glass and blood, leading one to wonder if the lesson learned from the first match was that this particular gimmick wasn't worth the risks of working it stiff.
