As WWE's dull autumn season continues to plod on, many fans are already turning their attention to WrestleMania 32. A few of this week's questions will discuss Mania plans. Judging by the recent booking of Raw, WWE's attention is also distracted towards the April 3rd megashow. It is like no attention is being paid to short term booking, as Raw continually throws up illogical segments. That resulted in one of the worst Raw ratings since 1997 this week, in a show that Bryan Alvarez described as one of the baddest Raw shows of the year. One solution has been the suggestion that Raw should call up some of the NXT talent, so let's get straight to a question on that subject!
10. When Should The WWE Bring Sami Zayn And Finn Balor On To The Main Roster? And How?
Thanks to Joe Pickford @joe_pickford for the question. Sami Zayn is injured and won't be due back until the end of the year. Plans had been in place for him to be a regular on Raw by now, and his match with John Cena back in May was an outstanding way to introduce him to the main roster. Unfortunately, fate has been unkind to the talented NXT star, and he badly injured his already hurt shoulder in that match. Upon his return, there might be a temptation to bring him straight back to the main roster, in a move to reignite his feud with Kevin Owens. There's unfinished business there and it would provide great matches. An effective idea might be to bring him back during the Royal Rumble, costing Owens, and setting in motion a feud for a match at WrestleMania. As for Finn Balor, he's NXT Champion, and a key face of the brand. The UK NXT tour was sold with him as a big factor, so expect him to stay on NXT for a while yet. That said, he's been ready for a call-up for some time, so perhaps expect to see him on Raw before WrestleMania. A feud with Bray Wyatt would be fun, with a story of the demon versus the eater of worlds.
