10 WWE Salaries You Won't Believe
10. El Torito ~ $23,000
Provided the many-universe interpretation of quantum mechanics is entirely, incontrovertibly accurate, there still doesn't exist a plane of reality in which El Torito deserved to earn in the region of $23,000 per year for his contribution - even if that is on the low end of the pay scale.
Had the act of the former Los Matadores mascot had provided anything even vaguely resembling entertainment, his limited appearances throughout 2015 would still have barely justified the fee. After being plunged through a table by the Dudley Boyz - a move presumably designed to turn the pair heel but which instead engendered nothing but praise - the diminutive bull was limited to nothing besides backstage skits, for the purposes of 'comedy'.
They had about as much comedic value as discovering your pack of bacon has gone out of date just as pigs have been declared extinct.
Torito left WWE in May of this year, having done absolutely nothing but sit home and collect his disproportionate paycheck. Talk about milking it (yes, I know he's a bull).
