Like many wrestlers from the era Owen Hart predominantly competed in, the Canadian was sometimes too heavily involved with tag action. A member of the infamous Hart Dungeon, Owen was about as naturally talented a professional wrestler you could get. As we all know, his life came to a cruel end far too early in 1999. But he should have picked up gold way before that, as his talent certainly merited it. He did come close on a couple of occasions, perhaps most notably against his brother, Bret, at Summerslam 1994. The two had an epic match for the WWE Championship, but it was defending champion Bret who came through the match to defend his belt. He was a great Intercontinental Champion in his prime, but Hart should really have won a lot more.
