The landscape of professional wrestling, specifically WWE, is an ever-changing vista. New faces pop up every year and familiar faces leave, either of their own volition or by being released from their contracts. Whether a Superstar leaves by force or by choice, every wrestler who departs the company leaves a gap. Fans of that particular character will be sad, allies and rivals of that person have to move on, and in the case of big names, sometimes someone leaving causes some fans to leave with them. 2013 was a light year for WWE in terms of releases, but 2014 has already seen the body count rise pretty high. Several NXT and main roster Superstar have either been released or failed to have their contracts renewed by the company, but there are also those who have left under strange circumstances. CM Punk walked away from a lucrative contract out of frustration and Alberto Del Rio was flat-out fired for striking a WWE employee backstage. Whatever the reason may be, there are always casualties in the world of wrestling. Sometimes these people are barely remembered a week after their release, but most times you will find a vocal fan-base arguing about why their favorite grappler was let go. This slideshow will look at 10 WWE Superstar who likely will not make it to the end of 2015.
