6. Trish Stratus

While Trish called it a career in 2006, she’s come back on multiple occassions to step in the ring. Her last big match was at WrestleMania XVII, but that was years away from the Women’s Revolution. Does she really want people to remember for going out in a match with Snooki? Does Snooki even remember that match?

It was reported that the company wanted Trish back for the night to compete at NXT’s TakeOver event in Toronto, but those plans fell through when they found out she was pregnant. Once she has delivered her child, she may get the itch for “one more match.” At 40 years old, she’s certainly not too old for one more go-around, and there are multiple great opponents for her to battle: Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Charlotte would all be stellar choices.

It’s Charlotte, though, that would be the most intriguing of the three, as Ric Flair’s daughter has possibly already become the best women’s wrestler the company has ever seen. The only one possibly standing in her way is Stratus.

It may be wishful thinking to see Trish back in the ring once more, but if it’s ever going to happen, count on it being in 2017.
