10 WWE Superstars Set For A Big Push Following WrestleMania 42

4. Jacob Fatu

The match hasn't been officially confirmed (yet!), but you can say with certainty that Jacob Fatu will not be defeating Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash. It isn't a modern WWE World Title reign if it doesn't last at least one PLE cycle, especially not when Roman Reigns is the champion, so unfortunately Jacob will have to wait a little bit longer for his moment in the sun.

Regardless, he is still somebody that WWE clearly likes, and the spot of being the first challenger for a new World Champion coming out of WrestleMania remains a coveted position to hold in 2026, even if the outcome is as rudimentary as this will be. Just cast your eyes on his interaction with Reigns on the Raw after 'Mania: Fatu looked like he belonged. That's more than can be said for several wrestlers who actually did become WWE World Champs.

One loss to Roman Reigns won't hurt Fatu so long as he doesn't join whatever revamped Bloodline plan WWE is currently concocting.
