Gone is the smiling, 'just happy to be here' Balor of old, and instead, the 'Demon King' looks like he is having the time of his life. Hamming it up on a weekly basis as a moustache twirling villain, the first-ever Universal Champion feels like a superstar reborn.

There have been recent reports that Balor himself is in line for a big push this year, which should begin with a monumental victory over Edge at WrestleMania 39. That would be a good start and then the 'Prince' can build some serious steam before heading to the UK.

Like Sheamus, he is likely to be treated like a 'homecoming hero', despite coming from Ireland, but he should be considered a major threat for the briefcase. The cash-in usually favours a sneaky, opportunistic heel, and right now, Balor fits that mould quite nicely. Can you imagine the arrogance of the Judgement Day with one of the World Title's in their midst?
