The former pig farmer, Satantic cult follower and part-time nudist unsurprisingly didn't revisit those chapters of his life when he eased into retirement, with Dennis 'Phineas Godwinn/Mideon' Knight's second chapter instead revolving around food.

There are no slop buckets to be found here though. As put by the man himself during a catch-up with WWE.com;

“I found the fanciest restaurant in [Clearwater] and met with the chef...He really liked me and took me under his wing and taught me all this super fancy stuff, which is kind of my trademark. I like the presentation and using fancy ingredients...If you want to have a fancy dinner at your house for you and your wife on your anniversary, I’ll come over and cook a four or five course meal."

From time spent at Café Ponte and the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, Knight kickstarted his own catering company, and was most recently looking to parlay his cullinary skills into a YouTube cooking show that brings in some of his former friends and colleagues from wrestling.
