10. Rusev

Rusev is nowhere close to where he would like to be at the moment. Bogged down in a nothing feud with Enzo and Cass, it's hard to remember that only a few months ago the Bulgarian Brute was going to war with Roman Reigns over the US Title, and once upon a time he had a WrestleMania showdown with none other than John Cena.

Now that we're heading towards WrestleMania 33, Rusev simply does not have the momentum to pull together a meaningful program and more than likely he'll be a nameless face in the battle royal or a tag match.

An extremely hard-working midcarder, Rusev will suffer from the annual tradition of part-timer returns and exhibition matches that relegate the full-time talent to less prestigious spots. It will be a bitter pill to swallow that Shaquille O'Neal will be on the show whereas Rusev will likely be absent. All hope is not lost for him however, as Kurt Angle has shown that he is keen to return to action and the Bulgarian Brute would make sense as an opponent, but aside from that Rusev's 'Mania prospects are pretty thin.
