Yes, the former illegitimate son of Mr McMahon is still with the company. He was suspended for 30 days back in September for a violation of the Wellness policy, and hasn't been seen since that time was up. It would be of little surprise if he didn't return to the company in any way. In many ways, the Hornswoggle character has lasted longer than many felt it would in the first place. He made his debut in 2006 and would go on to become the last Cruiserweight Champion in the company, and in the almost 10 years since has been involved in a number of featured stories as well as providing all manner of entertainment throughout the show. His time is up however, and Hornswoggle will be gone in 2016.
