The fact that he defended the WWE Championship at WrestleMania two months ago and now that seems like it didn't even happen speaks volumes about the way his character is presented.

With a Money in the Bank briefcase, Bray Wyatt may actually have something new to talk about - more than just the same repetitive promos about being a god and the embodiment of fear and all that. The briefcase would also make him a perennial threat, something that would be a welcome change for Wyatt, considering it's hard to take him seriously after so many high-profile losses.

The fact is that Wyatt needs something to break him out of the pattern in which he's been stuck for years, and a Money in the Bank briefcase may just do the trick.
