The Head of the Table is no longer the all-around dominator many hoped he'd be after the first few months. Instead, he has become a scheming chickensh*t heel who stacks impossible odds against his opponents, takes shortcuts, and picks the bones when enemies are down. That's fine, because he's great at that too.

Reigns feels bigger and more important than any other full-timer in the company. He is a legitimate star for this largely star-less era and whoever ends up taking his Universal Title is set for the kind of rub that barely exists anymore. In 2021, WWE must decide who that person is.
