8. Sasha Banks - Win A Title And Successfully Defend It

What a strange year it was for Sasha Banks. As 2015 became 2016 most people were predicting a year of glory for The Boss, a year where she would establish herself as the number one female wrestler in all of WWE. As it transpired, she came close to doing this on occasion, only to frequently fall foul of her own obsession with making history. Banks won three Women's Championships, and on three occasions she lost the belt without managing to defend it even once.

As far as 2017 goes, Sasha Banks must be hoping and praying that she will once again claim gold in the WWE, and then finally be able to defend it successfully. If I were Sasha, the moment the championship is secured she should defend it against Dana Brooke or Alicia Fox, or any other low-hanging fruit on the RAW Women's scene.

2017 for Sasha needs to be more about success and less about making history. And please, no faux retirement segments next year.
