Why He Should Go In:

Things may have gone off the rails near the end, but Eric Bischoff deserves credit for giving both Vince McMahon and the WWE a real run for their money during the Monday Night Wars. Even after WCW, he made for an entertaining WWE character.

Why He Hasn't Yet:

His work for TNA and comments about the WWE could prove troublesome.
