As with his friend-turned-enemy-turned-friend-turned-enemy forever Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens has become a five-tool player for WWE, surviving the creative nadir years to be as vital a wrestler as he is narrative glue. A laundry list of great and diverse matches, a a couple of iconic WrestleMania main events, and the safest bet in just about any role, Owens is a modern day great.

Why They AREN'T In:

As a full-timer showing no signs of calling it a day, it's as if Owens somehow still hasn't finished building his legacy. Time works differently to how it did in the past - the likes of Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels and CM Punk managed full decades in their major WWE runs, but 'KO' will breeze past those and others while still feeling boxfresh.
