That this match will go second last in Madison Square Garden feels like a gesture of good faith from New Japan management. Jay Lethal vs. Marty Scurll vs. Matt Taven isn't half as mouthwatering as some of the other matches on the card, but it's for Ring Of Honor's top championship. Burying it on the midcard wouldn't have gone down well with the Lion Mark's American partners.

None of these guys is a natural high-flyer, but they'll work incredibly hard to get over. Ladder spots will come thick and fast.
