After explaining to the audience that Everybodys got a price, Ted went to a public swimming pool full of children and paid the man in charge $400 to turn it into a private pool. The man pleaded with DiBiase that he could get into a lot of trouble, but when money talks, people listen. Virgil, who repeatedly called the children brats, forced everyone to leave the pool so The Million Dollar Man could have it all to himself. Once the area was clear and the kids looked on from the other side of the chain-link fence, DiBiase proceeded to sunbathe not even bothering to use to refreshing swimming pool.
