11 WWE Royal Rumble Statistics You Need To Know

11. Most Rumbles

Each year, 30 superstars compete in the Royal Rumble (unless it’s 2011), meaning that a large portion of the roster has a chance to enter the match. It also means that plenty of wrestlers have numerous Rumble appearances under their belts. Longevity with WWE translates into more opportunities to enter the Rumble each year, but it’s not even close who has competed in the most Rumbles.

With 19 appearances, Kane (formerly Isaac Yankem and Fake Diesel) has by far entered more Rumbles than anyone. And since he’s still an active performer, it’s likely he’ll add at least a couple more before he hangs up his mask. The next nearest wrestlers is Shawn Michaels at 12 Rumbles, which isn’t going to increase since he’s been retired for nearly six years.

The closes active superstars are Goldust and Big Show with 11 appearances, but seeing how they’re reaching the end of their careers as well, it’s likely they won’t catch up. Kane’s brother, The Undertaker, will be appearing in his 11th Rumble this year, but he also is nearing the end of his career.

The youngest wrestlers who are with sniffing distance of Kane are the Miz, R-Truth, Chris Jericho, Triple H and Mark Henry (all 9).
