11. Sting & Lex Luger vs. The Steiner Brothers (WCW SuperBrawl 1991)
When wrestling fans talk about the best tag-team wrestling WCW had to offer, The Steiner Brothers are right up there. Sitting alongside teams like Harlem Heat, Rick and Scott are very well remembered as reasons why the WCW Tag-Team Titles were great. It's confusing then that one of their best ever matches remains relatively under-rated, and that doesn't seem likely to change any time soon. At SuperBrawl 1991, The Steiners faced the challenge of Sting and Lex Luger. Years later, Sting and Luger would continue to team, and would actually capture the tag belts in 1996. In '91 however, they were still regarded as a pair of main event singles wrestlers coming together for a shot at the titles. The all-babyface affair stunned everyone by being the match of the night. In the main event, Ric Flair defended the WCW World Title against NWA Heavyweight Champion Tatsumi Fujinami. As good a clash as that was, the tag-team match was even better. Sadly, a lot of WCW cards from the early-90's have been put on the backburner for many fans, meaning a lot of people won't watch this one again.
