Few wrestlers had the debut vignettes that this Australian strongman was imbued with. Trading on his real life criminal past, Jones narrated a series of uneasy-feeling camera pans through an abandoned prison, calmly speaking about the ravages of solitude, with promises of violent reprisal. The videos always ended with a 'gotcha' lunge for the camera as the music bed spiked with violent guitar thrashes. If only Jones' in-ring ability matched the awesomeness of those videos. Instead, Jones was removed from a WrestleMania XIX tag team match due to his readily-apparent inexperience as a performer. Originally presented to the home audience as a cerebral, Hannibal Lecter-esque sociopath, Jones was instead dumbed down and made into a bumbling protege of The Undertaker's, one needing help to learn even the basics. By the end of 2003, Jones quit WWE, citing discomfort with the travel involved with the job.
