There's a plethora of more high-profile championship runs and possibly a WrestleMania main event performance in Wade Barrett that's being literally trapped inside of him by the crown he's wearing on his head. There's a crop of talent at-present in WWE that's busting their asses on the mid-card, and are almost all pretty much saddled with some of the worst gimmicks ever. Aside from the aforementioned Stardust and Sheamus, it's the fact that being King of the Ring has gone from a gift to a curse for Barrett that makes it unfortunate. Anyone else want to see Wade Barrett throw his crown in a river? Wade Barrett looks great, wrestles well, cuts a solid promo and is deserving of MUCH, MUCH more than being some sort of cartoonish "king."
