Sam asks her what kind of role she has at the performance center, and she responds that she's the woman whose been there the longest. She tries to be the best possible leader in the locker room that she can so the girls can learn from her she like did when she first started. Bayley always makes herself available to her fellow wrestlers and says it's really cool when they come to her for advice because she really enjoys helping and teaching. When training with Sara Del Ray she says that if she misses something she'll ask Bayley if she caught anything and it makes her feel like "a little assistant sometimes." She adds that it's a whole new level of learning when she's able to also help somebody else and see them progress.
