Much like he'd done to help establish the man as a force to be reckoned with in 1997, Mick Foley did so again for Triple H in 2000. 'The Game' was being hyped tremendously by the company as the new top heel, but he badly needed something to help take him to that next level. Foley provided that with a pair of cracking matches at the turn of the new millennium, and there was no looking back for Triple H. At the Royal Rumble, Cactus Jack put Triple H over in a storming Street Fight. As if that wasn't enough, the man risked his life to make his peer look like a million bucks. At No Way Out in February, Triple H performed a back drop on Foley, who promptly crashed through the top of the cage and then through the ring canvas waiting below. It looked incredible, and made Triple H look like a real bad-ass. This was billed as a 'retirement' send off for Mick, which seems fairly laughable now. He'd go on to have better matches afterwards, but the big bumps in the bout will never be forgotten. Incredibly, they pale in comparison to those soaked up by Foley's body during another Hell In A Cell classic.
