Credited to Bruce Prichard on the cusp of his WWE return, 'The Animal's vicious and violent return to television as the perfect tonic to Monday Night Raw's anodyne atmosphere.

Dragging a cameraman from his post to share his brutality with the world, a furious Batista dragged Ric Flair across the floor as if to use him as a gauntlet, thrown down to Triple H at WrestleMania.

He got what he wanted after repeatedly f*cking asking for it, but WWE needn't have used him again between that promo and the 'Show Of Shows'. This was a lightning bolt of aggression from a former star keen to shine one last time.
