12. Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley's wrestling character is that of an idiot.

WrestleMania 36 made it so, with 'The All Mighty' snatching defeat from the jaws of victory by following his wife's instructions when the bout was won. Lana, renowned wrestling mind that she is, called for a Spear when Bobby should've spiked Aleister Black. Lashley listened, when for the Spear, got booted in the head, and lost. Poor bugger.

What's annoying about this is that Lashley actually looked good up to that point. His work was bruising and impactful as he took the fight to Black, but the goofy finish does him no favours. While he was only brought in to lose, a more thoughtful, well-constructed finish could've seen Bobby leave 'Mania with minimal damage. Instead, WWE is pushing forward with what looks like a split storyline.

WWE has struggled with what to do with Lashley since he returned. The Rusev/Lana love triangle gave him a spotlight, though he was the tale's least important piece. Harnessing this physical beast's immense athleticism is the key to maximising him, as his Impact run proved, but alas. That has never been on the agenda here.
